Laura joined Precision in 2009 as an account executive within the healthcare team working with several of the pharmaceutical accounts, managing everything from campaign ideas to design and print of their campaigns. More recently Laura has begun to work on the digital side managing some of the client websites we built in house. Laura previously worked for a print management company and has a degree in Applied English Language Studies from The University of Reading.

Karen Watts

Senior Account Manager

Karen is a skilled Account Manager having worked at Precision for twelve years. Karen’s commitment to her clients and conscientious nature make her a valuable asset to clients in their customer communications.

Paul Croud

Finance Manager

Paul joined Precision in January 2012 as Finance Manager. from Orwell Housing Association, a UK retirement housing manager and retirement home developer, where he worked as a management accountant.

His primary responsibilities include day to day financial management of Precision's accounts department. 

Glenys Brand

Senior Administrator

Glenys is the longest serving employee at Precision, having worked for the group for over fifteen years. Glenys looks after the subs and renewal services and is one of our expert data entry and response handling administrators.

Andrew Meads

Production Operator

Andrew runs the print room at the Bury St Edmunds site. Having worked for Precision for 11 years Andrew knows our lasers inside out and can provide indispensable advice to staff with mailings involving the laser printing process.

Agnieszka Rura

Production Operator

Agnieszka joined us in February 2012 after working here on a part time basis for a couple of months.

She has already proven to be a great asset to our team and has great attention to detail.

She is currently being trained on the Envelope inserter and Poly wrap lines.

Rebecca Dash

Account Manager

Based in our London office, Rebecca looks after one of Precision’s key accounts, providing full support to the client in all areas of their company marketing. Experienced in event organising, digital marketing, training programme management and a whole array of other specialties Rebecca is a vital asset to the client’s successful communications. Rebecca has a degree in Communications, Culture and Media from Coventry University.

Ian Hamilton

Business Development Executive

Ian looks after new business development for our direct marketing division and will supply proactive information and advice along with speedy and competitive quotes – always ensuring that briefs are understood and quoted for accurately.

Ying Li

Director of Finance

Ying has worked for Precision for six years and heads our finance department. She manages procurement and is head of purchasing and HR. Ying is also a Chartered Accountant as of 2011!

Liam Sladdin

Finance Assistant

Liam is the newest member of the Precision group, joining us straight from The University of Northampton where he graduated with a degree in Business. Liam works in the finance department on purchasing and is currently studying towards his AAT Accounting Qualification.

Simon Frost

Production & Warehouse Supervisor

Simon is responsible for making sure production and warehouse processes are running smoothly day to day. Simon works closely with both production and office staff ensuring our quality assurance policy is adhered to throughout each mailing we do.

Allison Bateman

Senior Finance Assistant

Allison started at Precision in 2009 as part of the Finance Team. She deals mainly with sales invoicing. Allison has a degree in Business Studies from London Guildhall University (now London Metropolitan University).

With Precision Marketing Group for seven years and extremely efficient and proactive in her approach, Jude shows incredible attention to detail to ensure all client projects are delivered on time and to budget.

Mark Harvey

Senior Production Operator

Mark has been at the company for four years and runs the poly and papermail machines. He is an expert on the Polywrapping lines and oversees the production of the monthly bulk publication jobs.

Tom joined Precision Marketing Group 10 years ago and has progressed to get to know data inside out. Tom will always go the ‘extra mile’ to ensure that data is accurate and used to best effect before anything is done with it.

With Precision Marketing Group for 15 years and heading up the mail production and fulfilment team at our St Ives site, Jane is responsible for ensuring that all mailings are distributed to the highest standards and on time!

Mark Sadler

Production Operator

Mark is the newest member of the production team, joining in 2010. He previously worked for a print company giving him a broad range of knowledge when it comes to the printed mailers we send in relation to our machine capabilities. Mark runs the poly lines and oversees the production of the monthly bulk publication jobs.

Paul Tyrrell

Business Development Manager

Having worked for Precision in a variety of roles between 2003 and 2009, Paul rejoined the company in 2011 to manage the Group’s hybrid mail service and SaaS delivery, whilst also assisting with business development across the organisation.

Gareth Lever

Data Assistant

Gareth joined the Precision production team in St Ives in June 2011 and is fully trained on all plant machinery at our St Ives site. Over his time with us, Gareth also showed an aptitude for IT work, so joined the IT Department in February 2012 to assist in order processing. He is a graduate in History.

Lucia Connell

Warehouse Supervisor

Lucia is responsible for the safe collection, storage and despatch of all goods and has huge experience in liaising with a whole range of postage suppliers – Royal Mail and downstream access.

Alice has been with Precision Marketing Group for 5 years and works across a range of plant and projects. Speed and accuracy are particular strengths – with a real approach to quality in everything she does.

Adrian Bevan

Account Manager

Adrian is in charge of new business development for the marketing side of the business and is an expert when it comes to postage solutions. Adrian is the first point of call for any new customers looking for a quote or to place their first order.

Malcolm Burroughs

Print Finishing Manager

Malcolm has been in the print business since he left school, starting with an apprenticeship at the Bury Free Press. He set up print finishing company Folding Services in 1982 which Precision Marketing Group acquired at the end of 2010. Malcolm and his expert team now operate from the Bury St Edmunds premises allowing the group to provide a one stop shop for mail and print fulfilment.

Matthew Gardner

Senior Production Operator

Matthew has been with the company nine years and expertly runs our inkjet printing lines. He is highly experienced on the Buskro and Astrojet machines and is well placed to provide valuable advice on inkjet printed mailings.

Chris Hawes

Senior Production Operator

Chris is another of our expert Poly and Papermail operators with twelve years experience at Precision running our machines. Chris knows the poly lines inside out and and oversees the production of the monthly bulk publication jobs.

Angela Evans

Angela keeps us all in check and deals with our administration function here in St Ives, along with managing the returns and data input function.

Elize Andrews

Production Operator

Elize works closely with the hand assembly team and day to day runs the pick and pack unit for some of our major clients. All requests for Point of Sale, samples, brochures and an array of other materials are put together and sent out via Elize.

Richard Piper

Production Assistant

Richard previously worked for print management company Folding Services, acquired by Precision Marketing Group in 2010. Richard operates the complex folding machinery along with Malcolm and Martin.

Frances Atkins

Account Manager

Frances joined our ever expanding team at Precision in August 2011. Frances is the newest of the Account Managers, providing essential customer support and helping to make sure our client's mailings run smoothly and efficiently.

Linda Freeman

Production Operator

Linda is our resident hand assembly expert. She has worked for Precision for 10 years as a production operator and is the line leader for the majority of hand assembly jobs that pass through production, managing small and large teams of assemblers.

Nick Pryke

Nick is the former owner of Anglia Mailing Services (AMS) a company Precision merged with in January 2012

Nick established Anglia Mailing Services in 1996 from a single site in Needham Market.

Nick was able to draw on 10 years experience working for Royal Mail in account management & customer care.  By 2000 AMS took on an additional site in Needham Market providing Direct Mail Services to over 100 businesses.  Initially AMS specialised in hand insertion and has since developed an excellent reputation for polywrapping & machine envelope insertion.

Vaughn Scanlan

Warehouse Supervisor

Vaughn is responsible for the constant delivery, storage and despatch of all goods that come into our Bury St Edmunds site. He has a great deal of knowledge when it comes to our warehouse system and is the final point of call for all mailings that our despatched from this site.

Hayley Gardner

Senior Account Manager

Hayley has worked for Precision for several years managing key accounts on the mailing house side of the business. Hayley works closely with postage providers to supply our clients with the best prices possible. Precision is a member of the Royal Mail Mailing House Scheme (RMMHS) and is ISO 14001 accredited, Hayley was responsible for making sure we achieved these accreditations and often works on project such as these to help grow the business.

Sebastian Ligezowski

Sebastian knows every piece of our production plant inside out and shows great attention to detail to ensure that every piece of mail we distribute is sent accurately and to the required specification.

Claire Ridyard

Senior Administrator

Claire is another of Precision’s longest standing employees as part of the data entry team for Precision Healthcare. Along with Glenys, Claire looks after the day to day response handling, subs and renewals management and training help lines. Claire attended Nottingham University and has a BA degree in English Language & Linguistics.

Our longest serving staff member, Ashley has been with the group for over 16 years and is responsible for managing the data team here in St Ives. With an unrivalled knowledge of data management and huge attention to detail, Ashley will proactively ensure that your data is in the best possible state prior to any mailing or marketing material being sent.

Paul Catling

Paul has worked for the company for twelve years and is one of our senior Production Operators. Paul runs the Paper Enclosing machines such as the AM5 and is also experienced on the inkjet lines.

Our Director of Sales, Mike has almost twenty years experience and vast knowledge in providing direct marketing solutions, tailored to deliver results, to a range of clients in the public and private sectors.

Robert McDonald

Database Manager

Robert is our Healthcare data expert and knows everything there is to know about the database. He works closely with clients that buy or rent our data and is responsible for our National Pharmacy Database. He also produces the Access Pharmacy report each month. Robert graduated from The University of Essex with a degree in Computer Science.

Vicky Stanton

Client Services Manager

Is a core member of the Healthcare division having managed the data entry and response handling team for a number of years. Vicky’s vast industry experience and client knowledge means that she has a good relationship with our long standing clients and is well placed to provide prospective clients with advice on their campaigns.

Paul Brown

Data Manager

Paul has worked for Precision for twelve years in the IT department as Data Manager. Paul processes each mailing file for output before it goes to production and is an expert in data cleansing as part of our Database Management service.

Martin Cooper

Martin previously worked for print management company Folding Services, acquired by Precision Marketing Group in 2010. Martin operates the complex folding machinery along with Malcolm and Richard.

Gerald Andrews

IT Support Technician

Starting out as a member of the production staff, Gerald’s previous experience as an IT engineer for IBM proved to be a valuable asset to the company and Gerald’s position as IT support technician provides both production and office staff with a reliable and knowledgeable support service.

Sarah Oldfield

Telemarketing Manager

Telemarketing Manager Sarah oversees a team of 6 outbound telemarketing staff and a heads a unit that has an extensive track record in delivering results for a range of B2B telemarketing disciplines including lead generation, list building and market research.

Jack Scotney

Business Development Executive

Jack joined the Precision team in August 2011, working with our Telemarketing and Business Development teams in St Ives.

A keen musician, Jack is a knowledgeable and highly professional telemarketer with a range of experience across a number of different projects.

Joanne Feacey

Account Manager

Joanne joined Precision in 2003 to assist on several telemarketing campaigns, as a friendly and diligent individual she then progressed into an account manager role in 2005 where Joanne has a good relationship with her clients and suppliers alike.

Tim Stopher

Director of Digital

Tim ran a successful IT consultancy before joining Precision in 2005. He has managed many large-scale development projects including working for Ford, HSBC and RBS. Tim developed and now manages the IT and comms infrastructure across the business and also provides external advice, consultancy and training.

Stephanie Cunnah

Account Executive

Stephanie joined Precision in February 2012 as an Account Executive. Previously having worked for Hays Recruitment for the past 3 years Stephanie then spent 3 weeks volunteering at Ukutula Lion Reserve in South Africa.

In addition to managing her own accounts, Stephanie will provide admin support to the account management and sales team. 

Mike Brett

Operations Manager

Mike joined the Precision team in March 2012 heading up the control of Operations on the Bury St Edmunds site. Mike's experience is from an Engineering/Lecturing background, more recently working with businesses across the Eastern region training staff and Project Managing improvement projects using 'Lean'/Continuous Improvement techniques and methodologies.

Mike hopes to use these skills to ensure outstanding service to our client base and develop, standardise and streamline systems to produce a reactive, flexible portfolio of fulfilment options delivered with the highest levels of quality.
