Providing learning and inspiration during lockdown.
by Gary Howard

We have been involved in the world of learning for the best part of 25 years. It was a natural progression to move learning online and mobilise through Precision Infinity our learning & compliance management system. Some of the country’s most prominent brands use Precision Infinity, because of its simplicity and value.

People simply enjoy using the platform. This study is not about how are customers are using the platform at a time of lockdown and furlough, but how we applied PrecisonInfinity to help our furloughed staff to help themselves to be better, stronger and faster on their return.

The Challenge we are all facing.

  • For many reasons we wanted to provide our staff with a continuous connection to the business through this time of worry and uncertainty.
  • We also wanted to provide resources to enable them to use their time wisely in a voluntary basis. In particular, free to access training for skills that will keep them active and interested while away from the business and become an even more rounded team player on their return to it.

How Infinity helped us answer the challenge.

  • We researched the growing amount of free online courses that are available through Government initiatives, online resources such as Google Garage and Accenture Digital Skills.
  • The Infinity Solution allowed us to track engagement and progress through the reporting functionality and due to the ease in which new courses can be loaded, remote learning can also be managed remotely.
  • Infinity TV – A great way to keep your teams motivated and switched on. Upload regular updates using video from key members of the management team or as a way of sharing best practice activities while in lock down. Each team member can keep abreast of industry specific news through RSS feeds into the News Sections.
  • Learning Steps allows the user and the administrator keep track of their learning throughout the process. A simple drag and drop process that will sync with their outlook calendar to keep them on track.

We would be happy to help you do the same for your business as we have for ours. If you would like to find out more on how Precision Infinity could work for your teams through a branded solution and pre-loaded content, why not give me a call or drop me a line.
